Meet the Team

Andrea Gewessler

Founding Director & Chief Creator

Andrea is a well-versed change agent, facilitator, consultant, educator, and coach with over 30 years of experience in making a meaningful difference. She has worked in senior roles within Local Authority Adult Education Services and as Deputy Director of Workforce Development in a parenting NGO.

She is a lifelong learner and autodidact who is hooked on problem-solving and thrives on bringing creativity to working with others. Since founding Change that Matters Ltd in 2005 she has led many rewarding change projects. She has an MA in Education from Goldsmiths’ College. She loves the variety of her work and the fact that she is able to follow her diverse passions.

The Refilling the Well Programme is one of those passion projects born from a deeply personal journey. Following the death of her husband in 2018 Andrea found herself at a crossroads, seeking ways to rebuild her life. This quest led her to explore powerful practices including somatic work, meditation, and Acceptance and Commitment Training. These approaches proved transformative, offering her new perspectives. As an educator at heart, she felt compelled to share these tools with her clients.

Andrea lives in SE London with her three gorgeous ginger toms. She loves swimming, walking, painting, writing and studying.

Nicky Quinton Inspirall

Nicky Quinton

A devoted mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend, Nicky brings over 22 years of rich experience in secondary education to her diverse roles.

As both a student and teacher of English and Physical Education, her journey has been a tapestry of highs and lows, shaping her deep passion for learning as a force for personal and societal growth.

Beyond academia, her background in pastoral leadership honed her ability to support individuals beyond conventional learning barriers.

Her expertise extends into psychology, driven by a passion for words and communication. She has deepened her knowledge through studies in NLP, Transactional Analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Nonviolent Communication, and Restorative Approaches—reflecting her commitment to holistic education.

In 2020, amid the global pandemic, she made the pivotal decision to step away from full-time educational leadership to prioritise her family’s well-being. What initially felt like a challenging transition became a profound opportunity for self-growth, which she now visualises with the metaphor of a kaleidoscope. Today, as a dedicated coach and consultant, her guiding mantra is “Kindness is magic.” She is fuelled by a vision of a world rooted in compassion, acceptance, and care for all—be it animal, mineral, or vegetable.

Our Principles

Courage and Compassion

We embody courage and compassion in all that we do. We bravely question the unquestionable and speak the unspeakable, always in service of the wellbeing and growth of those we support. We recognise that each individual carries their own rucksack of life experiences and traumas, shaping how they show up in the world. With empathy and care, we foster self-awareness, which is the essence of rehumanising our lives and building a community where everyone can thrive.

Curiosity

We believe that curiosity is the spark that drives growth and transformation. At Inspirall, we remain endlessly curious—about the world, our inner selves, and how we can continue to learn and evolve. This curiosity guides us as learners on the journey, walking alongside those we support.

Creativity

Creativity is in our DNA. We link, combine, brainstorm, and network—not to simply be different, but to make a meaningful difference. We embrace approaches that engage both hemispheres of the brain, inviting you to access your inner wisdom in ways you might not expect. This could mean moving your body, drawing, walking in nature, or even singing. Through these creative practices, we help awaken the parts of yourself that may otherwise remain dormant, opening up new pathways for growth and insight.

Flexibility

We pride ourselves on our flexibility in designing transformations both for and with you. We know that every journey is unique, so we adapt our approaches to meet you where you are.

Generosity

We believe in sharing our resources, knowledge, skills, and time—without constantly keeping score. When something can make a real difference, we give it with great pleasure. Our generosity isn’t about grand gestures; it’s about the small, meaningful acts that help others feel valued and cared for.

Support and Challenge

We believe that the right balance of support and challenge creates the perfect conditions for growth. Our approach is to nurture while also encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone—just enough to spark the changes that lead to lasting transformation. We aim to empower you to become the best version of yourself, using the resources and strengths you already possess.

Sustainability

While we believe in thinking big and reaching for the sky, we are also deeply rooted in our responsibility to the Earth. We are committed to living fully within the boundaries of what our planet can sustainably provide, ensuring that our actions today do not disadvantage future generations. For us, sustainability means embracing a lifestyle that respects our ecology, promotes balance, and honours our role in preserving a livable planet for all.
