REFILLING THE WELL

Explore how to reconnect with your wellbeing, nurture self-compassion, and reignite your sense of purpose

If you support job-seekers or other groups facing challenges with their wellbeing, self-confidence or motivation, let’s talk. We are always open to tailoring our programme to meet people where they are and provide them with the best possible value.

The 3 Pillars of ‘Refilling the Well’

By focusing on physical wellbeing, building resilience, and embracing empowerment, we create a foundation for thriving, self-esteem, and a renewed sense of purpose and joy.

Building Resilience

Building resilience is at the heart of our work together. Not having a job, facing repeated rejections, or dealing with health challenges are all stressors that can chip away at your resilience over time. And if life has been tough, you might feel there wasn’t much left of it to begin with.

Together, we’ll start to rebuild by creating a strong connection with other group members, transforming individuals into a community of support. As we nurture this community, we’ll also create space for your body to learn how to relax, making it safe to step out of the constant state of fight, flight, or complete disconnection.

When you reconnect with yourself, it becomes easier to connect with others—a valuable asset for job interviews and finding sustainable work.

You’ll learn how to practice self-compassion and how to ground and centre yourself when life feels overwhelming. By building new habits and embracing small steps, you’ll develop a resilience that will support you through whatever comes your way.

Physical Health

Your health truly is your greatest wealth. Physical activity isn’t just about looking after your body; it’s a powerful way to nurture your mental wellbeing, too. We know that when life feels overwhelming, it can be tempting to stay inside, put off healthy eating, or skip exercise altogether. Financial worries can add another layer, making it all seem even more difficult.

But here’s the good news: improving your physical wellbeing doesn’t require big changes overnight. It’s about taking small, manageable steps that fit into your life. Maybe today, it’s as simple as getting up from the couch and walking around the block, or swapping out a bag of crisps for a crunchy carrot. Little by little, these choices add up.

When you start to move more, nourish your body with healthy foods, and take small actions, you’ll likely find that you sleep better and wake up feeling more rested.

We know that improving physical wellbeing can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can take small steps toward a healthier, more vibrant you.

Empowerment

Empowerment builds upon the foundations of resilience and physical health. This pillar takes a deep dive into understanding and transforming the habits that may keep you stuck in roles like the victim, rescuer, or persecutor. Together, we’ll explore ways to break free from these patterns and begin setting healthier boundaries.

We’ll challenge limiting beliefs and cultivate habits that align with a growth mindset. You’ll learn to foster gratitude and practice forgiveness while becoming more aware of the mind chatter that can hold you back. Our goal is to help you build new habits that support accepting your thoughts without letting them steer your actions, allowing you to pursue activities in line with your values and goals.

Empowerment also means reconnecting with your sense of purpose and meaning. We’ll examine your relationships and how you can communicate in ways that keep you feeling strong and confident. Throughout this journey, we’ll use self-reflection, journaling, affirmations, visualisation, and more to support your growth and transformation.
